Delete your data

You can have Mach delete your account and everything in it at any time.

Delete everything

• Email carlo@machads.com from the email you signed up with, with the subject "Delete my Mach data".
• We confirm within 7 days and delete your workspace, its brands, research, strategies, briefs, uploaded files, synced Meta results and your saved Meta login within 30 days.

Only remove Meta

• In Mach: Dashboard → Manage → Disconnect. Mach forgets your Meta login at once.
• On Facebook: Settings & privacy → Settings → Business Integrations → remove Mach.
• To also delete the ad results Mach already saved, email us as above.
